I wanna my money back because it does not open any file!!

does not display everything, no wordwrap, crashes in Yosemite. i hope i get my money back.

Downloaded it to view a visio file from an email. Crashed! Terrible product.

Crashes trying to open finder.

Just purchased this app for my Mac, but cannot open anything. It only opens demo.vsdx. Am I conned or something missing?

It crashes while I am trying to open a vsd file

The file I tried to open was a .vsdx. While the basic shapes where there, the text ran together and some of the shapes were filled black rather than transparent. Both Sharepoint and VSD Viewer rendered the file correctly, so I don’t think it was the source file.

Bro, ya got a long way to go before this app is ready for prime time. I would suggest “free’ with in-app purchases for features. Grabbed this up to view my client’s VSDX files - rendering of these files is terrible - would never share the output internally, let alone with a customer. No way.

this ap crashes constantly. Can’t look at a single document without it crashing. At least it is consistant.
